Precious Find helps you scan, save, and revisit mineral or fossil finds with collector-friendly context. If something feels off, the fastest support path is email.

Common help
- Free scans in the iPhone app work before sign-in. The website is only for app info, support, and download.
- Premium uses Apple subscriptions on iPhone. Stripe is not part of the iPhone purchase flow.
- If premium was already purchased, use Restore Purchases from the Plans screen.
- If magic-link sign-in fails, request a fresh link and open it on the same iPhone.
What Precious Find can and cannot do
Precious Find reads what is visible in a photo and gives a likely identification with context and collector notes. It cannot confirm physical properties or lab-grade authenticity from an image alone.
